The live recording was originally released on March 31, 2009. It was recorded at a concert on July 17th, 2008 in London's O2 Arena.
 

Around 20,000 fans came to see the Canadian singer-songwriter live. Before the tour, Cohen had not been on stage for almost 15 years, including taking a long break in a Buddhist monastery.
